How to modify the payout of a locked agreement

While a deal is locked, something could happen that requires adjusting the original terms of the deal. Alright helps you navigate unusual situation by providing the ability to adjust the payout of a deal before the payment is released.

The payment which was deposited in a deal can be adjusted in such a way that the entire payment is forwarded to the seller, the entire payment is refunded to the buyer, or anywhere in between.

If, for example, there was an issue with the product or service, you may negotiate with your trade partner to a partial or full refund. Below are instructions for how to make a payout adjustment on a deal before it is completed.
