Select the deal you want to request payout for and make sure all the terms have been met. It does not matter who initiates a proposal for payout; either party to the deal can do this first. This step does not unlock the deal just yet, as the payout will still need to be approved by your trade partner.

Signing and Sending the Proposed Payout

Click Propose Payout to trigger the signing process. You will be prompted to sign the transactions with your connected wallet. Sign the transaction with your connected wallet when you are ready to propose the deal be paid out.

You will be prompted to sign a transaction with your connected wallet. It will be the smart contract application call that signifies you are ready to complete the deal.

Once complete, you will see the deal in a pending status pending confirmation by the other party. At this point, the deal remains locked--only when they also confirm will the app forward the payment and release all collateral.

Let the other person know that you have proposed payout and it is their turn to confirm that the deal was completed successfully and approve the payout!

A locked Alright deal provides a button to propose that the deal be paid out from the escrow account.
Proposing a payout will generate one transaction for you to sign in your wallet. This is how it appears in Pera Wallet.
